Overview

The Regional IT Manager India position at Amazon focuses on managing teams that resolve complex operational problems. In this role, you will decide how to deploy inspection mechanisms, effectively manage competing priorities, and educate customers and internal teams on policy compliance while contributing to policy development.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage managers and teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize high judgment to dive deep on operational challenges.
  • Educate and enforce policy compliance and contribute to policy formulation.
  • Drive continuous improvement, postmortems, and documentation of outages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Holders of a BTech or Master degree in Science/Technology are preferred, with ITIL/PMP certification being an added advantage.
