Overview
Amazon Ads is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers using the Amazon DSP. In this customer-facing role, you will drive success by developing customer expertise in programmatic advertising and delivering end-to-end support to programmatic trading desks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers.
- Provide onboarding, training, and continuous consultation services.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product evolution.
- Advocate for customers and relay feedback to improve offerings.
A Day in the Life
The role includes onboarding new traders, delivering training sessions, assisting with beta features, consulting on business strategy, and conducting deep dives to resolve issues. You will be a trusted advisor and work closely with internal teams and customer decision-makers.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have 4+ years in programmatic advertising, a strong customer service background, and expertise in digital media planning, analysis, and multiple advertising technologies. Preferred candidates will have experience in e-commerce, omni-channel marketing, and digital analytics.
Compensation & Additional Information
Base pay ranges from $61,500 to $131,600 per year depending on market factors. This role is full-time, with benefits, and adheres to Amazon's inclusive culture and equal opportunity policies.
