Job Description

Product Marketing Manager - Amazon Ads

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking multiple Product Marketing Managers to join their team in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on customer research to inform product roadmaps.
  • Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for Amazon Ads products.
  • Communicate product vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Managers to prioritize customer feedback, support Alpha/Beta testing, and refine roadmaps.
  • Align Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with the product roadmap, translating complex product information into clear language.
  • Gather post-launch customer feedback for future iterations.
  • Develop single-source-of-truth documentation for sales and marketing enablement, including positioning, messaging, and FAQs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering Management, MIS, Mathematics, Operations, or related field, plus three years of experience in product management, program management, operational analysis, GTM, marketing, or related field.
  • OR Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering Management, MIS, Mathematics, Operations, or related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in job offered, product management, program management, operational analysis, GTM, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with data mining and statistical analysis using SQL, Excel Advanced or Modeling, VBA, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional projects/programs.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Lean process manufacturing/Six Sigma, Performance Metrics, or related methodologies for process improvement.
  • Technical acumen to understand complex product concepts.

Compensation

Salary Range: $157,100.00 - $212,600.00 per year

Additional compensation may include a sign-on payment and restricted stock units. A full range of benefits are also provided.
