About the Role: Product Manager, Quick Commerce Supply Chain

As a Product Manager for Quick Commerce Supply Chain at Amazon, you will develop solutions to power a nimble and agile supply chain capable of shipping millions of units daily. Amazon Now (quick commerce) operates as a well-funded startup within Amazon, committed to challenging existing norms to achieve the critical mission of making quick commerce effective for Amazon.

You will address complex problem statements across various supply chain domains, including warehouse operations, buying, replenishment, and labor planning. Expect to navigate ambiguity, identify core problems, and collaborate with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business (instock, operations excellence, marketing, category) to build world-class solutions with appropriate speed.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the supply chain problem space within the context of evolving business needs to identify opportunities in supply chain planning.
  • Experiment with solutions that maximize in-stock availability at dark stores, with a key north star metric of achieving desired stock availability and SWOOS (sales weighted out of stock).
  • Create and deliver a robust roadmap for optimization solutions, demonstrating proficiency in operations research.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in product, program, or project management, leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA.
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results throughout the organization.
