A Day In The Life
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be on the front line optimizing Amazon's logistics operations. This includes conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, proposing change, and using project management skills to implement new processes. You may also analyze data from local or national sites and share best practices within the European network.
About The Team
You will join a diverse team within Amazon France Transport SAS that plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient air, maritime, and road transport operations. The team values safety, efficiency, and innovation, focusing on comprehensive data collection to make informed decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics/supply chain, economics or related technical field
- Significant experience using data or feedback to influence business decisions
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access
