Amazon's Worldwide Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles daily. The Process Assistant is a crucial role ensuring employee productivity and meeting customer expectations with timely order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and HR

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work up to 12-hour shifts
  • Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or retail
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and lean process improvement
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
