Job Summary
Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. As an Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly employees to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance through effective team engagement and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Lead large-scope projects with regional impact.
- Plan and execute productivity improvements through forecasting and collaboration.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business goals.
Work Environment
The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 49 pounds, frequent movement, and working in variable noise and temperature conditions. Expect to stand or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of employee and performance management experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon blue badge/FTE experience) and availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma techniques, and managing large teams. A relevant degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or related fields is preferred.
