At Amazon, we are dedicated to being the most customer-centric company globally. The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is seeking ambitious students for an Operations Intern role within our core business, Amazon Operations.

About This Internship

This internship provides an educational opportunity for future managers to discover how Amazon leads and develops its teams of Associates. As an Operations Intern, you will learn how managers effectively engage their teams to realize their full potential, ensure performance to meet customer expectations, and foster a safe and productive environment within our large and complex Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

Your internship will place you at the core of our Operations, making you part of the journey of one of our many customer's orders.

Key Job Responsibilities

You will utilize your analytical skills and engage hands-on to complete actions that improve the functionality and service level provided by Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations to our customers. This includes:

• Diving deep into data, mapping processes, and identifying problems.
• Offering and testing potential solutions, then implementing the most effective ones.
• Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates.
• Thinking broadly about solutions to complex business and operational challenges within one of the world’s fastest-growing operations networks.

Successful interns may be considered for a graduate role upon completing their university studies. Internship lengths vary between 3 to 6 months.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2026, for 3-6 months, full-time (40h/week).
• UAE national with family book.
