Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. The Operations Analyst will work on the AWS Reserved Instance (RI) Operations Team, processing Reservation Product transactions, auditing requests, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring strict adherence to Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process and audit Reservation Product transactions: cancellations, purchases, migrations, modifications.
- Act as an escalation point for Reservation Product requests and issues.
- Investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and propose solutions.
- Maintain a self-critical approach to continuously correct errors.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Compliance).
- Experience in managing a request queue and meeting SLAs.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and effective written/verbal communication.
- Must be a national of an EU member state.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with quantitative, analytical, and organizational tasks.
- Knowledge of AWS Reservation Products and related tooling.
- Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to operate efficiently in ambiguous situations.
