Role Overview: Operations Analyst, Business and Product Operations
This role calls for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven analyst to operationalize private programs and private pricing. You will work independently, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage processes, drive data improvements, and support both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other systems.
- Implement data improvements and system customizations based on business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to iterate on existing operations and support new program workflows.
- Support reporting, perform data entry, and manage data accuracy.
- Answer critical customer questions by diving into detailed revenue data.
- Collaborate cross functionally with tech teams, peers, and customers to resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications
- EU member state nationality required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics, finance, or accounting.
- Experience with contractual verbiage review.
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookups, with basic SQL knowledge.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Quantitative, analytical, and organizational expertise.
- Highly organized and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM/BI systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving capability.
