For those with military experience, a university degree or equivalent, and proven team leadership, we are seeking to hire you as managers to lead our Operations and Logistics teams.

About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced leaders to join our global operations network. You will be based out of one of our dynamic Fulfillment Centers or Logistic Centers. These centers are central to Amazon’s world-class, rapidly expanding business, where we manage fast-moving inventory and have developed smart, industry-leading workflows.

You will provide inspiring and supportive leadership to the teams you manage, while also being prepared to engage hands-on whenever necessary.

You will be directly responsible for managing a large group of associates and potentially team leads, reporting to the senior leadership of your center. The quality of your leadership is crucial for success in this role: you will motivate and inspire your teams to perform at their best, while strategically planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with business objectives.

A significant aspect of your role will involve leading numerous process improvement projects, aiming to streamline all activities for both yourself and your team members. The innovative ideas and advancements you introduce could potentially be scaled across the entire Amazon network, presenting an immense opportunity for impact.
