Overview

Join Amazon's emerging transportation startup as the Manager Customer Growth. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on supporting high-volume shippers within Amazon’s Transportation Services network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Growth Managers.
  • Ensure timely and effective support across six key areas including Pickup Support, Tracking & Delivery Resolution, Billing & Account Management, Claims Assistance, Proactive Account Optimization, and Complex Escalations.
  • Establish team goals, set performance metrics, and drive accountability to achieve KPIs.
  • Act as a point of escalation for high-impact or cross-functional issues and coordinate resolution with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support offshore transition and operational integration ensuring alignment with onshore standards.
  • Oversee quality and consistency in business reviews and proactive communications.
  • Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 7+ years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
  • Experience in building and hiring a sales team and managing teams of 6 or more.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes.
  • Familiarity with defining tech requirements for CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver measurable results in an agile setting.
