Overview
Join Amazon's emerging transportation startup as the Manager Customer Growth. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on supporting high-volume shippers within Amazon’s Transportation Services network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Growth Managers.
- Ensure timely and effective support across six key areas including Pickup Support, Tracking & Delivery Resolution, Billing & Account Management, Claims Assistance, Proactive Account Optimization, and Complex Escalations.
- Establish team goals, set performance metrics, and drive accountability to achieve KPIs.
- Act as a point of escalation for high-impact or cross-functional issues and coordinate resolution with senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Support offshore transition and operational integration ensuring alignment with onshore standards.
- Oversee quality and consistency in business reviews and proactive communications.
- Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- 7+ years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in building and hiring a sales team and managing teams of 6 or more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes.
- Familiarity with defining tech requirements for CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver measurable results in an agile setting.
