Job Overview

One Medical, a part of Amazon, is transforming healthcare with quality, accessible care. As an ITS Associate II - Afterhours IT Support, you will ensure our clinical teams, administrators, and corporate staff have the IT support they need to work efficiently during afterhours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional IT support to One Medical employees.
  • Provide afterhours coverage (9pm to 9am EST, weekends, holidays).
  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows, macOS and Chrome OS environments.
  • Maintain security, system configuration standards and HIPAA compliance.
  • Document support calls and resolutions and help improve workflows.
  • Occasionally support on-site at Amazon corporate locations with short notice.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of support experience in a corporate setting with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems; high school or equivalent; troubleshooting integrated systems; experience with zebra printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners and handheld terminals.

Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS experience; background in high customer service environments.
