Job Overview

The Investigation Specialist (Danish/English) role is a 6-month contract position with Amazon, located remotely within the United Kingdom. You will evaluate transactions, safeguard Amazon’s customer base and brand, and help mitigate online e-commerce risks.

Key Responsibilities

Team and Environment

The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) team ensures safe transactions across Amazon, building risk models and operational processes to maximize trust. Shifts include weekends and varied timings post-training, requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Basic: Proficiency in both Danish and English, with strong written communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: Background in customer service/retail, fraud/risk management, insurance, finance, data analysis, research, or translation, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
