About the Role

Amazon Philippines is seeking dedicated, hardworking, analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance to join the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team in Manila as an Investigation Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role requires commitment to 2 months of onsite training at the office in Pasay followed by a work-from-home arrangement once requirements are met. The candidate must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during the employment period.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risks independently.
• Utilize analytical skills to authenticate customers and complex transactions.
• Engage proactively with team members, leads, management, and external vendors.
• Maintain productivity and quality assurance in daily operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year experience or high school graduate with 3 years in investigation/relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling investigation or fraud programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with little guidance.
• Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High attention to confidentiality and data security standards.

Additional Information

The role has a 5-day work week with a 9-hour day schedule including a lunch break. The operations run 24/7 with shifting, rotating, and possible night shifts. A minimum internet connectivity speed of 200 Mbps and data allowance of at least 100 GB is required.
