Role Summary
As the Executive Assistant for Project Kuiper, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role involves complex calendar management, travel planning, expense report filing, and coordination of team and organizational activities. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrate excellent judgment in a fast-paced setting, and build long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements.
- Plan cost-effective air, hotel and ground transportation.
- Create detailed travel itineraries across time zones.
- File expense reports using domestic and international currencies.
- Coordinate team events, meetings and space planning activities.
- Act as a strategic business partner to support the team’s cycle.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive-level calendar management.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments is preferred.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay ranges from $66,800 to $142,800 depending on geographic market, with potential additional compensation components including equity and sign-on payments.
