About the Customer Growth Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new emerging business in transportation. The Customer Growth Manager role involves providing operational and relationship support to high-volume shippers, ensuring success and satisfaction for Amazon Shipping partners through managing escalations, offering proactive insights, and delivering seamless support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pickup Support: Resolve missed, delayed, or urgent pickup requests.
  • Tracking and Delivery Resolution: Investigate tracking anomalies and delivery delays.
  • Billing & Account Management: Address invoicing discrepancies and manage account configurations.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide shippers through compensation processes for lost or damaged packages.
  • Proactive Account Optimization: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and present insights in business reviews.
  • Complex Escalations: Manage cross-functional escalations and collaborate on unique issues.

A Day in the Life

Engage with internal and external teams to understand key customer pain points and generate strategic, impactful solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field such as supply chain, operations, engineering, or analytics.
  • 2+ years of customer support, leadership, or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues under pressure and document outcomes effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and a strong customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with startups or large enterprise customers.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with statistical analysis applications.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) or logistical systems.
