About the CS Delivery Station Liaison Role
This 12-month fixed term position, with a possibility of extension, is exclusively on-site. The role requires working from 11:00 to 19:15 with a shift pattern from Monday-Friday (Tuesday-Saturday).
Key Job Responsibilities
- Directly contact customers via phone and email.
- Investigate and solve delivery issues with logistics teams and delivery partners.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of customer inquiries.
- Adhere to work instructions and ensure customer data protection.
- Assist in internal communications, including presentations and continuous improvement programs.
A Day in the Life
Work in one of Amazon's last-mile distribution centers equipped with modern technology. Communicate with logistics centers, partners, and customers to rearrange deliveries as needed, ensuring problem resolution for a smooth customer experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Background in administrative support and team collaboration.
- Skilled in problem-solving regarding customer and internal processes.
- Advanced German and English language skills.
- Preferred: Experience communicating with leadership and working in dynamic environments.
