About the CS Delivery Station Liaison Role at Amazon

The following position is for 12 months with the prospect of extension.

Even the most efficient processes require preparation for unforeseen circumstances. Amazon's Delivery Station Liaison Agents are directly in contact with our customers. They ensure that missed deliveries are successfully delivered and customer inquiries are effectively handled. Whatever our customers need – you respond to their inquiries promptly and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers
  • Investigating and resolving delivery problems, if necessary in cooperation with our logistics teams and delivery partners
  • Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly records of the status of customer inquiries
  • Adhering to work instructions and protecting customer data
  • Assisting with internal communication, including presentations, and contributing to programs for continuous improvement and internal engagement

A Day in the Life

You will work in one of our last-mile distribution centers, which incorporate Amazon's state-of-the-art technologies. During the shipping and delivery of orders, you will communicate as needed with our fulfillment centers, partners, delivery companies, and customers if they require help or information. If customers need to reschedule deliveries, you will notify our delivery partners accordingly. You will promptly resolve delivery problems you notice, ensuring our customers enjoy a great experience every time without having to contact Amazon.

Working at the heart of Amazon's logistics, you will develop the necessary expertise in both logistics and excellent customer service that sets Amazon apart. You will be in daily contact with our customers, utilizing your in-depth understanding of our supply chains and your knowledge of local delivery routes and warehouses.
