On-Site Technical Leadership

  • Provide day-to-day technical direction to technicians, electricians, and commissioning support personnel during system deployment.
  • Coordinate closely with system integrators, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and unblock progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and commissioning best practices during installation and testing.

Integration & Handover

  • Validate equipment functionality against design specifications, controls standards, and operational requirements.
  • Support integration of equipment into Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and higher-level orchestration layers.
  • Participate in turnover activities, ensuring systems are stable, documented, and ready for operational ownership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve commissioning efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of commissioning tools, test procedures, and deployment standards.
  • Provide feedback to design and integration teams to improve future system designs and deployment outcomes.
