Elevate Compliance and Drive Regulatory Excellence in Australia's Dynamic Financial Services Landscape. Amazon is seeking a strategic financial services compliance professional to serve as a Compliance Manager within the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) of Amazon's Payments team, based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with legal and public policy teams to interpret new regulations.
  • Define compliance requirements and design policies to meet AU regulatory obligations.
  • Work with technology and operations teams to implement AML/CTF and payment controls.
  • Create documented regulatory obligation views and educate senior leaders.
  • Prepare timely reports for senior management with actionable regulatory intelligence.
