Shift Details

Two available shifts in Eastern Time:

  • Shift 1: 6:00pm-4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday)
  • Shift 2: 6:00pm-4:30am (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday)

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding clinical inquiries such as drug interactions, counseling, and adverse reactions.
  • Respond to customer voicemails and clinical queries through Zendesk tickets.
  • Support Customer Care agents by providing clinical knowledge and recommendations.
  • Investigate and report on Quality Related Events and PHI breaches.
  • Recommend OTC products and address clinical complaints.
  • Perform miscellaneous pharmacy tasks including prescription transfers and billing related tasks.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy policies, products, and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with teammates across overnight teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, TX, or FL.
  • Reside in the respective state and able to commute if necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to apply clinical knowledge in real time.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in retail or mail order pharmacy settings.
