Shift Details
Two available shifts in Eastern Time:
- Shift 1: 6:00pm-4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday)
- Shift 2: 6:00pm-4:30am (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday)
Key Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding clinical inquiries such as drug interactions, counseling, and adverse reactions.
- Respond to customer voicemails and clinical queries through Zendesk tickets.
- Support Customer Care agents by providing clinical knowledge and recommendations.
- Investigate and report on Quality Related Events and PHI breaches.
- Recommend OTC products and address clinical complaints.
- Perform miscellaneous pharmacy tasks including prescription transfers and billing related tasks.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy policies, products, and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with teammates across overnight teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, TX, or FL.
- Reside in the respective state and able to commute if necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to apply clinical knowledge in real time.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in retail or mail order pharmacy settings.
