We are seeking a Beta Network Support Engineer to support eero’s Beta program through all phases of hardware, software, and mobile app development.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, document, and track software defects through the bug life cycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple focus areas.
  • Guide team members as a technical leader and reviewer.
  • Analyze test results, provide reports, and verify new releases meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Visit customer and partner locations for network diagnosis and repairs.

A Day in the Life

As a Beta Network Support Engineer, you will mentor CX agents, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a smooth product transition from Beta to full production, ensuring global customer satisfaction.

About the Team

The eero Beta team consists of support engineers, program managers, support staff, and people leaders all focused on delivering perfect connectivity in homes and businesses.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical support or software development experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 4+ years in a similar role and experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and industry certifications such as CCNA.
