Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze hundreds of videos per shift to audit stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
- Use human judgment combined with tools to verify and mark product locations with high accuracy.
- Adhere to strict accuracy (quality) and productivity (speed) goals, spending 6.8 to 7 hours daily on video audits.
- Maintain a dedicated and distraction-free workspace if working remotely, ensuring data security.
- Follow pre-defined break schedules within a 9-hour shift, which may include rotational shifts and night shifts with applicable allowances.
- Be prepared to come to the office occasionally, even if primarily working from home.
- Enable laptop camera during virtual meetings.
