About the role
Job Summary
This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by providing real-time and offline data auditing services for internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams. A key contribution is supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy through detailed video audits of stowing actions.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will watch videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, understand them thoroughly, and use human judgment combined with tools to indicate the activity captured. You are expected to verify or mark product locations with high accuracy to maintain stow quality. This is an operational role focused on precise and thorough video/image audits with speed and accuracy to aid defect reduction.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Watch several hundred videos per shift and provide responses adhering to accuracy, productivity, and best practice goals.
- Take pre-defined breaks and dedicate 6.8 to 7 hours daily to answering videos.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting, ensuring no unauthorized access to work-related data (for remote hires).

A Day in the Life

The Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by providing human oversight for visual audits on videos/images. This process aims to enable hands-free active stowing and improve the effectiveness of automated processes by ensuring thorough review and auditing of product storage at fulfillment centers using human judgment. Performance will be evaluated for improvements and coaching.
