Overview

Amazon is seeking an AI Content Expert II for a fixed contractual role. You will work in the Data Team to create and annotate complex training data, helping to enhance AGI's Large Language Models' capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and annotate training data across text, image, and video modalities.
• Write grammatically correct and style-adapted content following guidelines.
• Perform audits, quality checks, and review work done by peers.
• Make sound judgments on ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Dive deep into issues and propose independent solutions.
• Identify and report tooling bugs while suggesting improvements.

A Day in the Life

As an AI Content Expert II (also known as ML Data Associate), you will engage in foundational labeling, dialogue evaluation across multiple data formats, and maintain strict confidentiality. You will collaborate with scientists and engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years working with written language data and annotations.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and ability to adapt writing styles.
• Experience with common markup languages and basic scripting.
• Comfort with sensitive content and U.S.-based cultural norms.
