Overview
Amazon is seeking an AI Content Expert II to work on annotations, content generation, and data analysis. As part of the Data Team, you will create high-quality training data to improve AGI's Large Language Models (LLMs) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and annotate complex training data in multiple modalities such as text, image, and video.
- Write grammatically correct texts in various styles while adhering to guidelines.
- Perform audits and quality checks of work done by team members.
- Make informed decisions when encountering ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Identify tooling bugs and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with scientists and engineers to update guidelines and improve processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience with written language data and annotation.
- Strong proficiency in English and excellent writing, reading, and comprehension skills.
- Understanding of U.S. culture and high-school level STEM.
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience creating data for LLM training.
- Familiarity with command line interfaces, UNIX commands, and markup languages (HTML, XML, Markdown).
- Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language and regular expressions.
- Comfort with content that may be sensitive.

Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $40,400 to $86,500 per year, based on geographic market and job-related factors. Additional benefits may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
