Ads Account Manager III
Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking an Ads Account Manager III in New York, New York. This role involves managing relationships with programmatic trading desk managers to understand business objectives and provide comprehensive services including onboarding, support plans, feature training, and adoption recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers.
- Engage with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives.
- Provide services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
- Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists).
- Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers.
- Domestic and international travel up to 10% may be required.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing, or digital advertising; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation.
- 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising with hands-on customer service.
- 3 years of experience in developing media objectives and strategy documents based on client briefs.
- 3 years of experience in providing personalized campaign and targeting recommendations.
- 3 years of experience in analyzing media performance reports and presenting actionable insights.
- 3 years of experience with programmatic advertising technologies (DSPs, RTB, bidding engines, etc.).
Salary Information
The pay range for this position in New York, NY is $140,300- $189,800 annually. Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided, in addition to a full range of benefits.
