Job Description
Visual Designer, AWS Marketing at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

In this role, you will create compelling visual content and help develop mechanisms that will drive engagement across digital channels while maintaining Amazon's high standards for design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Digital Assets Across Digital Channels: Create high-impact visuals for homepages, landing pages, email, and paid media that drive user engagement and directly influence customer progression across the sales funnel.
- Social Media Visual Content: Design platform-first creatives (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, etc.) that resonate with our various audiences, spark interaction, and socialization of content.
- Support Campaign Execution: Assist in visualizing and executing campaign creative across platforms — helping bring storytelling, business goals, and brand intent to life.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and guidelines — while also finding fresh ways to push creative boundaries across digital channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with program managers, marketers, and other Content Studio creatives (copywriters, video teams, UX designers) to translate creative briefs and tickets into solid, on-brand design solutions.
- Creative Adaptation & Scaling: Adapt foundational creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across multi-channel touch-points.
- Agile Design Thinking: Work quickly, respond to fast-changing requirements, and help build processes to build efficiency across the team, including the use of Automation/GenAI and workflow management.
