About the Role - Startup PDR Global Startup Team
Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Partner Development Representative focused on engaging startup ISV partners. In this role, you will recruit, onboard and grow Amazon Partner Network (APN) startup partners while building long-term partnerships with AWS.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Proactively recruit and onboard high-potential startup partners to APN
- Manage and measure partner enablement, technical, and go-to-market requests
- Graduate startup partners to full Startup Partner Development Manager coverage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and execution
- Utilize CRM systems and analytics to drive metrics and insights

This role is part of AWS Specialist and Partner Organization, where specialists and partner teams drive go-to-market strategies and provide technical and business expertise to customers.
