Startup GenAI Operations Manager

About the Role

AWS is seeking a Startup GenAI Operations Manager to join the Global Startups GenAI Ops team. This role supports Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Go-To-Market Business Development teams within a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights with data analysis and market segmentation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Lead executive responses and time-sensitive initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects such as incentive compensation modeling.
• Develop scalable solutions and communicate complex results clearly.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, or Business Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Understanding of startups and venture capital ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and senior management presentation experience.
• Experience in a high-growth, technology company environment.

Additional Information

Compensation varies by location, with base pay ranging from $120,500 to $199,300 per year. AWS is committed to diversity, inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.
