Cross Border Tech is actively seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing our Cross Border technology stacks, crucial for launching new Cross Border arcs with local language, currency, and payment solutions, alongside building new features and enhancements. The Cross Border strategy and roadmap represent one of Amazon's most critical initiatives. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, architecting, and implementing innovative technology solutions aimed at reducing time to market, standardizing execution, and scaling global expansion.

You will build, operate, and play a key role in evolving our platform to tackle the world's most complex technical challenges. These include Information extraction, Large-scale computing, Distributed systems, Web applications, Data mining, Scalability, Security, and Algorithms. We seek individuals who prioritize simplicity, demonstrate significant creativity, and exercise high judgment. A key aspect of your role will be stabilizing daily operations, improving the platform's build and testing processes, and ensuring strict adherence to organizational software and security compliance.

What to Expect Day-to-Day as a Software Development Engineer

Depending on individual performance, this experience can lead to permanent Software Development Engineer positions at Amazon.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
