About the Role: Senior Worldwide GenAI/ML Go-to-Market Specialist

Do you want to help define the future of Go-to-Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI? As a Senior Worldwide GenAI/ML Go-to-Market Specialist, you will be an integral part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in building and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across various industry verticals. You will engage closely with product owners to influence product direction and empower our customers to tap into new markets by leveraging GenAI alongside AWS Services.

This role involves direct collaboration with GenAI model providers and Intelligent Device vendors. You will focus on model performance evaluations, intelligent on-Edge optimization, and developing compelling demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI end applications and use cases utilizing large models.

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop industry-leading cloud-based solutions to drive the growth of the GenAI business.
• Work closely with product and field teams, and partners (ISVs, 3rd party model providers) to enable new capabilities for customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads across Edge devices and AWS.
• Engage in market sizing, build opportunity pipelines, and gather technical requirements from customers for proof-of-concepts (POC).
• Create content to train field teams and foster thought-leadership within the GenAI space.
• Lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises, leveraging your business and technology background.
• Articulate the benefits of GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists and C-Level executives.
• Understand GenAI market trends, the ecosystem, and opportunities, actively participating in market development and evangelism.
• Collaborate effectively with internal AWS teams (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, partners development, professional services) and external customers and partners.
• Drive the development and scaling of the GTM plan for GenAI on AWS, solving customer business problems with scalable GenAI solutions.
• Work with account and product teams to drive model implementations and develop new solutions.
• Represent your team to executive management and champion best practices for operating on AWS.
• Identify patterns and trends for broad application across industry segments to accelerate innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
