Role Summary: Senior Enterprise Account Manager, MENAT
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, MENAT in our Enterprise Greenfield Team, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformations. This involves engaging effectively with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. Your primary goal is to establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across your managed accounts, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.
You will empower customers daily to overcome challenges and achieve their business, operational, and innovation goals. By guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient, you help them benefit from AWS's industry-leading pace of innovation, broad and deep functionality, secure computing environment, and proven operational expertise.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.
- Represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across your managed accounts within the Enterprise customer market segment.
- Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and Monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
A Day in the Life
You will be a critical part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing a set of named customers. As an Enterprise Greenfield Account Manager at AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of emerging technologies. Your responsibilities include driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in our largest customers, with an emphasis on growing accounts with minimal AWS adoption but large spend potential.
About The Team: Enterprise Greenfield
The Enterprise Greenfield team consists of Field Sellers dedicated to solving challenges and innovating new ways to enable customers to achieve their desired outcomes. We are at the forefront of emerging technology, shaping tomorrow's standards.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
- Experience working with transformative technologies including cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- AWS Professional level certification, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
