Overview

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Senior Delivery Consultant GenAI/ML AWS. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that match their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise migration strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by sharing expertise on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor team members and develop reusable artifacts.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud architecture and implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven background in deploying GenAI/ML solutions.
  • Proficiency with a range of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
