Sales Specialist, Generative AI, EU North

AWS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and continue to expand the business with strategic Generative AI customers.
The Sales Specialist, Generative AI, EU North will be a key member of the team responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction for this fast-paced and evolving technology working with strategic customers in the Benelux region. You will build and maintain broad relationships in the account, develop and manage opportunities, and lead a large team of extended resources. You will define an exec relationship strategy within the account, including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews, and shaping go-to-market opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through business value creation.
- Develop, communicate and execute the go-to-market strategy for your teams to accelerate customer adoption and grow market segment share.
- Meet or exceed your quarterly and yearly goals.
- Identify, implement, measure and improve critical KPIs that will help maintain a robust business operation.
- Act as an executive sponsor in key accounts.
- Represent the company in professional events.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent.
- Experience interfacing with GenAI customers and partners.
- Track record of coaching and motivating high performing teams.
- Experience driving results in complex, competitive customer engagements.
