About the Role
The ProServe Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leads engagements with new and existing customers, defining business outcomes through transformative IT projects. In this role, you work closely with Enterprise Technologists to create proposals, secure customer signoff on Statements of Work, and oversee the handover from sales to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and manage multiple high-value engagements.
- Collaborate with AWS Strategic Customer Engagement teams and Account Executives.
- Create proposals and secure customer approval on Statements of Work.
- Advocate for customer needs while aligning with AWS objectives.
- Provide leadership and risk management for project teams.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Basic qualifications include 10+ years in cloud architecture and IT project delivery, a related bachelor’s degree, and proven experience in managing enterprise IT projects with risk and compliance requirements. Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of AWS services, C-level engagement experience, strong financial analysis skills, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
