Paid Media Manager, Global Paid Media
We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to support agency management for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Paid Media team. This role requires deep paid media expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong project management capabilities. This role will work closely with our paid media agency of record and will collaborate with internal teams including brand, integrated demand planning, finance, content studio, business intelligence, data science, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, driving results through effective stakeholder management and data-informed decision-making.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Paid Media Agency of Record and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Oversee agency staffing allocation and strategic project prioritization
- Drive operational excellence across campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Maintain oversight of governance standards, compliance requirements, and quality controls

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
Preferred Qualifications
