Overview
Are you excited about building software solutions around large, complex Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems? At Amazon Web Services (AWS), as a Machine Learning Engineer - ProServe Delivery, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for some of the world’s largest enterprises.
Role Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with customers to:
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and implement scalable, secure ML pipelines and MLOps solutions using AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Provide strategic advice on cloud architectures, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and developing reusable artifacts.
Team and Culture

Basic and Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and machine learning engineering, with expertise in distributed computing, AWS services, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and one other language (Java, Scala, JavaScript, or TypeScript). Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required if located in Quebec. Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications, automation skills, and experience with MLOps tools and generative AI technologies.
Additional Information
This is a customer-facing role with potential travel to client sites. The base salary ranges from $99,900 to $166,900 per year along with additional compensation such as equity and sign-on bonuses.
