About AWS Infrastructure Services

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We are the team that keeps the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers and the essential equipment that ensures customers have continuous access to innovation. We tackle complex challenges involving thousands of variables in the supply chain and are seeking talented individuals to join us.

You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Collaboration across AWS is key to delivering the highest standards for safety and security, providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost. Our inclusive culture welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to see them through to completion.

Role Overview: Infrastructure Partner Analyst

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Infrastructure Partner Analyst to join our Infrastructure Partner Management (IPM) team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting relationships with colocation providers, conducting business reviews, and ensuring operational excellence across our infrastructure partner ecosystem. You will serve as the key collaboration and coordination point for AWS internal teams and colocation vendors, supporting performance improvements, onboarding, and dealing with complex operational challenges.

The IPM team performs a critical business control and lifecycle management function for colocation sites, from contract signature to site closure. We are responsible for Colocation Business Review programs and act as an escalation path to facilitate post-contract issue resolution between AWS internal customers and colocation vendors.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support Infrastructure Partner Managers in setting up, coordinating, and conducting Colocation Business Reviews (CBR), Colocation Delivery Review Programs (CDRP), and new Colocation partner onboarding with vendors (and internal teams) according to predefined annual schedules.
  • Conduct assigned CBRs, CDRPs, and new colocation vendor onboarding, evaluating operational performance, delivery metrics, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate across AWS teams including Safety, Security, Operations, Engineering, and Business Development to help manage relationships with colocation providers.
  • Serve as a key contact for AWS internal teams and colocation vendors for contractual inquiries and performance assessments.
  • Provide second-level escalation support to resolve post-contract issues between AWS internal customers and colocation partners, focusing on operational performance and contractual SLA breaches.
  • Lead projects and initiatives that enhance experiences for internal customers and vendor partners while streamlining processes and reducing functional workload.
  • Enable internal teams by facilitating issue resolution and continuous performance improvement with key infrastructure vendors.
  • Track and report on vendor performance metrics, action items, and SLA compliance using Salesforce and other business intelligence tools.
  • Conduct operational performance evaluations through structured business review programs.
