About the Job
Join a team that supports the largest customers on the cloud! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant AWSI Customer Acceleration with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and support teams in multiple locations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and expenses
- Organize internal and external events, including team meetings and off-sites
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables with follow-ups
- Act as liaison for direct reports and manage team space logistics
- Provide administrative support including document writing and editing
- Assist with employee engagement and morale initiatives
About the Team
The AWS Industries (AWSI) team enables digital transformation for industry customers. Focused on business outcomes, they deliver tailored solutions that empower customers in their cloud journey.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ year of Amazon experience, high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and executive calendar management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company and managing multiple calendars.
Compensation & Benefits
This role based in Dallas, TX offers a base salary range between 55,600.00 and 97,400.00 USD annually, along with sign-on payments, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and more.
