Job Description

Annapurna Labs, the silicon innovation arm of Amazon Web Services, is seeking a dedicated, multitasking, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our growing U.S. organization. This role demands superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple critical requests. High integrity and discretion are essential for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior professionals internally and externally. The successful Executive Assistant will expertly manage complex scheduling for meetings, travel, events, and tasks across various groups with minimal guidance, thriving in ambiguous environments.

You will apply exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines and juggle numerous critical requests, all while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, and grace under pressure. Over time, you will cultivate deep, trusting professional relationships with leaders and their teams, fostering strong partnerships that open doors for special projects, increased responsibility, and long-term career growth.
