The Engagement Manager, AWS Professional Services leads complex cloud solution projects and drives successful AWS implementations. This role bridges business requirements with technical solutions, managing complex cloud migrations and implementations using AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.

About the Team

The AWS Professional Services team is a global group that partners with customers and the AWS Partner Network to deliver enterprise cloud computing initiatives. The team values diverse experiences, continuous learning, and a work-life balance while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 3+ years in cloud computing, experience with technical project management, familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: AWS experience, relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate), and experience in industries such as Financial Services, Automotive, Telecommunications, Health Care, Energy, Media & Entertainment, or Manufacturing.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive base pay reflecting various geographic market rates, with additional equity, sign-on payments, and full range of benefits. Compensation is determined by market location, job-related skills, and experience.
