About the Role

The Engagement Manager AWS Professional Services India collaborates with AWS consultants, partners, and client teams to create and execute plans that deliver customer outcomes. You will gain insight into customer environments to expedite stakeholder alignment and drive business results through the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-stream delivery engagements
  • Validate and ensure achievement of customer business outcomes
  • Manage risks proactively while identifying new opportunities
  • Coach teams and customers on delivery and agile practices
  • Partner with sales, support, and engineering teams

Additional Duties

Provide strategic guidance, deliver agile training, enable partners via framework adoption, and gather customer feedback to improve AWS services. Adapt to unexpected challenges and travel as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience delivering enterprise-level IT consulting projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Miro, Jira)
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical experts
  • Background in technical product or program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certifications (APM, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe)
  • AWS/Cloud experience and certifications
  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM)
  • Proven ability to influence technical priorities and business strategy with data
