Role Overview
The Director, GenAI GTM will define and drive the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI-powered solutions, creating new industry and vertical opportunities. You will lead a team of business development leaders, partner managers, and sales specialists, working closely with solution architects, engineering, and product teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for Amazon Q.
- Drive complex sales programs to meet adoption and revenue goals.
- Manage customer and partner relationships effectively.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Mentor and develop leadership talent within the team.
Basic and Preferred Qualifications
15+ years in business development in cloud and AI technologies with global leadership experience. Proven expertise in AI/ML, strong communication skills, and a track record in building scalable business organizations are required. An academic background in a relevant field is needed, and technical familiarity with AI/ML is a plus.
Additional Information
