Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to design and evaluate generative AI solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and guide solution implementation.
• Create best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations.
• Provide customer and market feedback to influence product direction.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years experience in designing, building and/or operating cloud solutions.
• 2+ years deploying ML solutions and using Python for model development.
• Technical client engagement and effective business communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, generative AI, and statistics.
• Experience building generative AI applications on AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker).
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
