Description
We are seeking talents who can take ownership, eager to learn and self-motivated, to join our team to support AWS data centers managing all of the servers, storages and network that ensure uninterrupted services for our customers. The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to fast and constantly changing environment and require shift work including weekend and holiday after completion of training.
Key job responsibilities
- Learn and develop career in data center industry
- Learn and develop on operation and support processes with innovation and automation
- Incident first responder and follow call leader’s instruction for hands on support
- Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
- Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
- Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
- Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas

Basic Qualifications
- Show interest in learning computing hardware and operation systems.
- Good written and verbal communication English
- Good attention to details.
- Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or Up to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus but not required
- Knowledge in Computer Server Hardware, Linux Operation System, or any operations, processes and continuous processes improvement
- Literacy in security and customer data protection
