Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Expert to own and scale advertising performance across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s latest advertising ecosystem, including automation, retail signals, and full funnel strategy. You will be responsible for driving efficient growth, improving profitability, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.
- Build and manage Amazon DSP campaigns, including static and dynamic display ads, video ads, and OTT formats.
- Structure campaigns using current best practices including keyword targeting, product targeting, audience targeting, and brand defense strategies.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and placements to improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall account profitability.
- Analyze search term reports, retail metrics, and performance trends to identify scaling and optimization opportunities.
- Leverage Amazon features such as budget rules, placement adjustments, audience retargeting, and brand analytics insights.
- Stay current with Amazon advertising updates, policy changes, and new beta features.
- Collaborate with account managers, listing optimization, and creative teams to align PPC strategy with overall growth goals.
- Leverage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and demographic targeting to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
- Prepare clear performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps for internal teams and clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC accounts with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s current advertising platform, attribution model, and retail readiness factors.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Experience with keyword research, bid optimization, campaign scaling, and search term harvesting.
- Familiarity with third-party Amazon PPC and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing PPC for multiple brands or agency environments.
- Understanding of full funnel Amazon strategy including ranking, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing.
Company Policy
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, core working hours from 6 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time.
- An 8-hour workday is required.
- Time Tracking: Use Time Doctor to track hours and activity.
- Full-time contractors engaged by AGL must maintain an exclusive working relationship and are prohibited from performing services for other agencies while under contract.
