About the Role
The Executive Assistant Intern position at Executive Assistant Intern offers a unique chance to support the Amazon Business team by learning and managing complex administrative tasks. You will work closely with a leader and a diverse team across international business areas including consumer, finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex scheduling and agendas.
- Coordinate international travel requirements.
- Support event planning for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in managing communications and presentations.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Administration or Executive Secretariat.
- Graduation expected between July 2026 and December 2027.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Availability to intern for 12 months, 30 hours per week within business hours.
- Must work on-site 5 days per week in the Vila Olímpia office, São Paulo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to complete complex tasks with minimal guidance.
- Ability to react with urgency when needed.
