• Lead design and deployment of hybrid ML/LLM systems.
• Conduct ML experimentation including hyperparameter tuning and prompt optimization.
• Work on ML Ops for reproducible pipelines and experiment tracking.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable AI/ML solutions.
• Mentor Junior Research Analysts and contribute to hiring processes.

About the Team

The Retail Business Services Technology (RBS Tech) team drives initiatives to enhance customer and selling partner experiences, provide insights for brand growth, and automate store tasks at Amazon. The team focuses on model evaluation, guardrail implementations, and deployment framework enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative or STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML and GenAI applications.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree specializing in ML, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Diverse experience across different roles.
